Objective : I pursued my Masters of engineering in the field of Construction management in the prestigious University of Texas.
I worked as a field engineer in the city center project for the multinational company Satyam computers ltd., the total cost of the project comes to around 30 million dollars. I even worked as a research assistant under my professor in the field of pipelines regarding the deterioration level calculation of the Atlanta city. I also completed the project of scheduling a hospital building which consisted of more than 500 activities. I worked for 1 year in my undergraduate level in India in Commercial Construction of Satyam City Center Project as a Assistant scheduler and estimator. The estimated total project cost was around 30 millions. I worked for 1 year as Safety and quality engineer in GMR constructions in the construction of the international airport in Hyderabad. I even worked as a research assistant for about 1 year in UTA where I performed several projects regarding construction management and scheduling. The Experience in Scheduling and Cost Estimating helped me to gain excess knowledge regarding the scheduling of the project and estimating of the given project and I am certified with several software in both scheduling and estimating works of the project. The software which I am well aware of are P6, P3, Staadpro, AutoCAD, MS Excel, SAS, Sage timberline, Heavy bid, TORA, C language. I am very much familiar and experienced with the Construction Contract Specification and administration especially dealing with the submittal procedures, lean documentation, transmittal and all the documentation regarding the contact bid documentations and contractual procedures. As in my graduate program I also completed the course named Trenchless Technologies, Infrastructure rehabilitation and management which mainly deals with the maintenance works and rehabilitation procedures regarding the pipelines and some of the Risk management and Quality management techniques. I did complete Business management course in my masters program dealing with negotiations, assessment of given situation. The course in environmental engineering is Transportation and air quality management in which I dealt with the pollutant emissions in air and methods to control them. I also did a course degree in Advanced operational management research.
. I am a quick learner this may be reflected from the GPA I scored in my Master of engineering and in under graduate level by scoring more than 3.6 out of 4.0.
