Reviews contract documents & work order packages; develops work scopes and bid packages for solicitation to prospective subcontractors & bidders. Directed activities of up to 40 employees including engineers, draftsmen and field electricians in multiple shifts rehabilitating #7 Flushing Line between Main Street and the East River Tunnels to Times Square.
MTA Project Management: Managed a $15 million MTA/NYC Transit electrical rehabilitation project. Self-taught electrical engineering concepts and managed project to completion.
