Vice President, Facilities and Real Estate (2007 2008)

Responsible for Facilities and Operations of office space and corporate data centers in 4 main locations. Oversaw lease negotiations, construction management, vendor relations and all facilities and operations functions.

Lead design and construction teams for new offices in Los Angeles and Data Center in NY, combined budget of $1.8 million. Oversaw work of architect, engineering consultants and general contractor. Coordinated telecommunications, furniture and equipment installation. Projects were completed on time and under budgeted amounts.
Negotiated leases with landlords secured concessions; performed all lease administration for 250,000 square foot portfolio. This work included both acquiring new, and disposing of excess space.
Analyzed overall space requirements for a fast paced, dynamic organization. Partnered with department heads to understand needs, created Green design plans with Architect to ensure optimal function and energy efficiency.
Aggressively managed construction projects, compressed schedule, and minimized change orders. Developed construction documents, set budgets, reviewed bids, negotiated with vendors, and secured cost savings.

Responsible for Office Services and Facilities Management. Supervise staff of seven with budgetary responsibility for over $5.5 million annually.
