Plan, organize and manage the overall installation and renovation of medical equipment within health care facilities worldwide for a company in Wisconsin ($649 million/year). Responsibilities include design and blueprint review and analysis of projects, preparation of vendor specific documents, scheduling, project development and coordination, shipping, installation, quality control and coordination of staff training for facility personnel. Supervise and coordination of up to 30 departments inside and outside the company, including but not limited to sales, marketing, architects, engineers, trade workers, installation crews, shipping and physics staff for each facility.
