Land Contract Manager (Department Financial Manager) 2007 2008 Hired to replace a staff of individuals and transform the department operations by implementing high ethical standards saving the company over $300,000 yearly. Earned the Land Department Certificate of Excellence for three consecutive quarters. Entrusted with all facets of monthly forecasting and budget planning for an average of $16MM in annual expenses. Identified and cleared approximately $1.6MM in outdated commitments which were returned to the operating budgets. Established systems to improve internal audit ratings from 50% to full compliance within six months.
