Performed the market study and helped facilitate entry into the Watkins Glen housing market with Schuyler County’s very first condominium project. Helped author the Water Works owner’s association documents and covenants conditions and restrictions. Used focus groups to identify demands within the market with regard to finishes and standard features and available options. Lead the construction process from land development through the home owner occupancy inspection.
