I have eight years of high profile and energetic management experience. I worked in retail management and have grown to know sales curves and market trends. As far as sales, I have been successful in every endeavor I have worked. I am tireless and self motivated. From February 2000 to March 2006 I have worked in management for 84 Lumber and Carter Lumber. I attended college from 1994-1997 at Kentucky Christian University. Since March 2006,I have moved from Ohio to West Virginia and been self-employed. I have had my own handy man business since 1990.
I have been OSHA approved for safety training. I know P&L statements, inventory control, customer account management, employee relations (scheduling and payroll, hiring process and termination), computer and estimate figuring, product training and recognition. 20/20 computer systems.

6-2008 to present CIKAD Construction
I remodel basements. I am in the final stages of construction on a basement. I take extreme care to do exacting work and follow plans to the letter. I am very well versed in blueprint reading, figuring to scale, assessing problems and coming to solution.

I am in charge of inside sales, showroom sales, and outside sales. I have nine employees who are directed on daily duties by me. I monitor gross profit, delivery, inventory, sales margins, cashbox checkout, while working with corporate ideals to further sales and customer relations.
