Job Description:
We are seeking a President to oversee a large electrical/solar contractor in Florida.
The firm is an established Florida contractor, that is involved in the design and construction of large solar farms (commercial solar EPC solutions from per-construction to commissioning).
Ideally we seek a senior executive from from the electrical construction trades or solar EPC industry. However the candidate does NOT need to have SOLAR project experience given the strong solar history, client base and technical expertise of the firm.
Candidates should have experience with P&L oversight of $100M or more in annual construction project volume, a stable job history and excellent people skills. This role requires strong leadership, administrative, operations management, team building, and client skills.
Although we prefer an experienced construction executive, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level. We will also relocate someone from anywhere in the USA.
