Large commercial general contractor is seeking a President to oversee its construction company based in Charlotte, NC but the candidate can ppossibly be based in Raleigh, NC. This is a highly confidential search that is replacing an incumbent.
Candidates must have experience overseeing all major departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, Estimating) for a construction company or division.
Candidates do not need North Carolina project experience, but must be willing to relocate to Charlotte.
Candidates must have a stable job history working for a general contractor, construction manager or design-build firm that performs commercial, multifamily, education or healthcare projects.
Candidates must have an excellent reputation with clients, and proven people/leadership skills.
