Our client is seeking a President of Construction in Portsmouth, NH.
The firm is established and reputable and is growing rapidly. The firm performs design-build, general contractor and construction management services throughout the region. Projects are regional in location and include all types of commercial, institutional, hospitality and multifamily buildings.
The position reports to the company owner and has full authority over all operations for the firm.
Candidates must have commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality project experience, stable job history, and outstanding leadership skills.
Although we prefer an executive officer, we will consider an up-and-comer with strong senior management experience who is ready to take his or her career to the next level.
