Job Description:
This position will be responsible for providing support to the development team for multiple projects through all phases of development and construction. The employee will be responsible for overall management of 3 to 4 development projects from inception to completion simultaneously. The employee will collaborate with project consultants, review due diligence, obtain regulatory information and approvals necessary to get a project to the construction stage. This effort is to happen within a multidisciplinary environment and requires coordination with multiple development and construction team members. The ability to research and have a firm understanding of governmental regulatory framework specific to each project approvals and permitting requirements is a must for this position. The ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings is a must. The employee will need to have the necessary skills to be organized, work efficiently on multiple tasks, and communicate effectively and clearly with team members. This position works under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Development.
