Job Description:
Established commercial general contractor and construction manager seeks VP Estimating and Preconstruction services to oversee all estimating and preconstruction for the firm. The role will supervise all related personnel and functions for the department, and report to the president. Candidates should have stable job histories with GC, CM or Design-Build firms. We are open to up-and-comer candidates who are ready to take their careers to the next level.
