Division Manager - Mechanical Construction Services
Job Description:
We are looking for a Divison Manager to lead our Mechanical Construction Division in Jacksonville, FL. Candidates must have extensive experience in the commercial mechanical construction industry and have a history of successfully managing mechanical construction projects in excess of $10M. Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to exceed company goals, including safety, employee engagement, operations, and market objectives, while preserving the ability to deliver specific solutions at an efficient cost to our customers
Lead business development and marketing efforts to grow the division with the right partner customers. Develop strategic business relationships and alliances which should focus on integrated, high value solutions. Be involved with any dissatisfied customers and ensure we are committed to help them succeed
Analyze and monitor actual vs. estimated costs, and develop action plans where necessary
Direct and manage the construction activities of projects in the area of responsibility in order to maximize margin contribution results.
Interpret and analyze contract documents regarding terms, specifications, clarifications and requirements for each project.
Maintain effective relations with owners, engineers, project managers, subcontractors, contractors, unions, etc.
