Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for overseeing interior construction projects on large multifamily, and hospitality projects in downtown, New York City. However, we are offering remote work for much of the work week.
Candidates must have experience in commercial building construction and have CM or general contractor backgrounds doing ground-up (core & shell) construction or specialty interiors contracting.
Candidates must have a stable job history and have worked in NYC.
We offer excellent pay and remote work. However, candidates will be responsible for site visits weekly.
Although we seek an experienced senior project manager, we are willing to consider a project manager who is up and coming and ready to take his or her career to the next level.
