Role Summary
The President of Steel Production & Fabrication will lead all aspects of steel material production and fabrication operations. This executive will drive excellence in safety, quality, scheduling, and team development, ensuring production goals are met while consistently exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end steel production and fabrication processes
Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines
Lead and mentor plant managers, engineers, and fabrication teams
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth
Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and resource allocation
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years in steel manufacturing or heavy fabrication
Proven leadership in multi-site or complex production environments
