Job Description:
The General Manager - Asphalt Paving oversees all financial, operational, and estimating functions for the division, with full P&L accountability across paving, milling, and construction activities throughout Pennsylvania. This leadership role is supported by a dedicated team of estimators, project managers, and superintendents. They will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing bid submissions, and executing field operations. The General Manager collaborates closely with peer division leaders to align project execution with broader organizational objectives. Core operational scope includes milling, hot and cold mix paving, cold-in-place recycling, full-depth reclamation, and chip sealing.
