Job Description:

We seek a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead construction operations for a well-established, rapidly growing asphalt paving contractor based in Michigan. This is a succession-based hire, designed with the potential to transition into the role of President, with equity participation.

The COO will report to the CEO and play a critical leadership role, driving operational excellence, managing teams and projects, and shaping the companys long-term strategic growth in the commercial paving sector.

While we are searching for an experienced paving executive, we are also open to considering an emerging leader ready to take their career to the next level. Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside the area.
