The Division Manager and Vice President of Operations oversees the regional division for a midsized commercial building, general contractor. The role supervises all operations, personnel and projects for the office, including operational efficiency, strategic planning and project execution. This leadership role ensures seamless project delivery, drives business growth and maintains industry excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational plans aligning with company goals.
Project Management Oversight: Supervise project managers, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
Risk Management: Identify, mitigate and manage project risks.
Client Relationships: Foster strong client ties, ensuring satisfaction.
Business Development: Contribute to growth strategies, identifying new opportunities.
Team Leadership: Mentor operations staff, promoting professional growth.
Process Improvement: Streamline operations, adopting innovative methods.
Financial Management: Monitor project financials, optimizing profitability.
Quality Assurance: Uphold high construction standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred: Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
10+ Years: Commercial construction experience.
5+ Years: Senior management or executive role.
