Job Description:
We are currently seeking a President of Mechanical Construction to manage all commercial plumbing, mechanical piping, HVAC and refrigeration construction solutions located in Denver, Colorado. Projects are multi-million in size and include all types of commercial, healthcare, and industrial buildings.
The candidate will be be responsible for the management and overall financial performance of Business Units and/or Operation Groups processes and procedures with full P&L responsibility for the region. He or she will be responsible for providing leadership, mentoring, and support of all personnel, as well as the execution of the overall vision, strategic planning and long-range business development for the operations department.
Although we prefer an experienced executive, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer who is ready to take his or her career to the next level. Local experience is not necessary since the firm is established. We are therefore open to relocating someone.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS----------
Candidates must meet the following two requirements to be considered. Please DO NOT APPLY otherwise.
1) CANDIDATES MUST HAVE significant experience working as an executive for a commercial mechanical and plumbing construction firm with annual revenues over $50 million.
2) CANDIDATES MUST HAVE a stable job history (at least 5 years with a single employer).
