Job Description:
We seek to hire a Senior Preconstruction Manager and Senior Estimator (or two separate candidates as separate roles) in our Stamford, CT regional operation. Our firm performs general contracting and construction management services on all types of construction including commercial, education, healthcare, multifamily, and municipal projects.
The role responsibilities for the Senior Preconstruction Manager reports to the Director of Preconstruction and takes the lead on pre-construction engagements. He or she will be involved with the client interface, and will build, develop, and update schedules, budgets, logistics plans, and project approaches.
The role responsibilities for the Senior Estimator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the estimating process from bid inception to subcontractor purchasing for jobs awarded and will report to the Director of Preconstruction. He or she should have a strong construction background developing budgets for all phases of design development.
Although we prefer experienced candidates, we are willing to consider up-and-comers who are ready to take their career to the next level.
