We are seeking an Executive VP of Preconstruction to oversee all preconstruction, estimating, and sales for design-build services in Columbus, OH. This role will also be positioned to oversee all regional operations as the Division President within a year.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a preconstruction executive to move into a presidency position in overall construction operations.

Candidates must have a stable history with a design-build or general construction firm having oversight and senior management of preconstruction activities.
