We are seeking a President of Construction for our design-build office in Portland, ME.
The position reports to the company owner and has full authority over all operations for the firm including all personnel. The firm performs design-build and construction management services. Projects are regional in location and include all types of commercial, institutional, hospitality and multifamily buildings.
Candidates must have extensive multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality project experience, stable job history, and outstanding leadership skills.
Although we prefer an executive officer, we will consider an up-and-comer with strong senior management experience who is ready to take his or her career to the next level.
