Job Description:

We are seeking a President of Construction to work on a contract or interim basis (3 to 6 months) with an owner/developer in Washington DC of large multifamily rental properties sized $50 million and larger. Ideally, we want someone who is retired or self-employed that has executive leadership experience in large multifamily construction.

The short-term assignment is only temporary while we work on identifying and hiring a permanent construction president. Candidates will be provided fees, housing, and other expenses during tenure.

Candidates must have executive construction experience with large multifamily projects (concrete/steel and/or wood frame) at least $30M in size. We will consider talent from either a multifamily owner, developer, construction manager or general contractor. We will also consider talent from anywhere in the USA who is open to temporarily living in the DC area during the contract period.
