Job Description:
We are a construction management firm seeking a Senior Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA and a Project Executive role in Wilmington, DE.
We are working on multifamily, hospitality, commercial, institutional, corporate buildings for owners and developers on negotiated projects, and are seeking leadership due to growth.
The role will oversee construction operations and related personnel on a variety of projects, and be involved with owners and design teams. We seek someone with a stable job history who has good communication and people skills, and who enjoys mentoring and leading teams.
Although we prefer an experienced senior manager, we are willing to consider an up-and-comer with solid project management experience who is ready to take his or her career to the next level. Local experience or networks are not necessary. We are therefore open to relocating someone.
