Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a Vice President of Asphalt Materials in the Allentown, PA area.
Our project management services company is involved in a joint venture with an asphalt manufacturer that is confidentially seeking this corporate hire.
The firm is an established asphalt materials manufacturer and needs to hire a permanent executive to have oversight over all asphalt terminals, emulsion production facilities, bulk storage terminals, and aggregate/blacktop plants. This role is responsible for all facets of personnel, operations, maintenance, capital projects, and process improvements in delivering an efficient and reliable supply of asphalt and aggregate materials to internal and external customers.
The firm is midsized and privately owned, with multiple offices and facility locations. Services include asphalt products manufacturing, road construction, maintenance, and asphalt applications engineering.
The candidate should have good people skills, stable job history, and leadership experience in one or several of the following areas: asphalt terminals, emulsion production facilities, bulk storage terminals, and aggregate/blacktop plants.
We will consider an experienced executive or an up-and-coming manager and can relocate from anywhere within the USA.
