Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 10 years of increasing scope of operations responsibility.
Minimum of 8 years of construction finance experience.
Construction industry background required.
15+ years total accounting or finance experience
Outstanding communication and presentations skills
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills; able to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Hands-on leader willing to lead, motivate, and work alongside staff at all levels
Previous experience and familiarity with the Information Technology (IT) function
Strong influencing skills that improve bottom line performance, brand reputation and client experience.
Ability to address both big-picture issues and detailed, day-to-day management concerns.
Demonstrated success as a people leader, including the ability to set and gain buy-in for strategic direction and vision, attract, hire, retain, and develop high performing teams, and establish an engaging culture of accountability, quality, and client focus.
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external resources.
Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Self-starter, able to work in a fast-pace environment in order to meet deadlines
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
