Established in 1984, VJ Associates has grown to a full time staff of 27 estimators and schedulers with multi-disciplinary backgrounds and diverse experience; one of the largest such firms in the Northeast, we specialize in cost estimating. We also have the support of additional estimators in our Edison, NJ office. We are a certified M/D/SBE firm with major city, state and Federal agencies. Our certifications cover multiple states with a history of high level performance. Our staff has a depth of experience providing cost estimating services for renovation and new construction projects ranging in value from $500,000 to billions that have included major and minor renovation work, additions, new construction, ADA compliance, HVAC, electrical upgrades, fire safety, fa??ade repair, landscaping and historical restoration.
