Employer Hiring & Recruitment Questions

How to manage employee reviews?

Employee reviews are necessary to help document a construction employee's successes and failures with the construction employer. Successes should result in greater opportunities within the firm. Failures should be managed with additional training and instruction, behavior modification incentives, and warnings that let the construction employee know what will be accepted and what will not. Everything should be documented and included in the employee's permanent file.
