2. Do not respond to any employment posting at the website except to apply for the job. Soliciting the employer's business through this Web site by any individual for any purpose commercial or non, is strictly prohibited, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Do not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.

4. Security Rules: Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account without authorization. We have provided this feature for both Jobseekers and Employers wishing to hide contact information, and to remain anonymous with regard to their intent. We will not warrant that any anonymous posting by Jobseeker or Employer will remain totally confidential or anonymous, and that the confidentiality of such anonymous postings are also subject to the information posted by the user in the "specific qualifications" area of the resume posting form for Job Seekers, and the "specific job responsibilities" area of the posting form for Employers. Users agree to hold us harmless for any damage or harm caused as a result of a user discovering or determining the identity of a Job Seeker or Employer that resulted in any action against them.

Use of Information

We reserve the right to use any of the information posted by Job Seekers and Employers at its discretion. We may use it to contact other Employers about our services. We may, from time to time, allow other firms to offer services and products to you. If you wish to discontinue receiving any information, you may contact us.

Refunds

Refunds for payments consist of replacement ads only of the same purchase type, and are only valid if we receive written notice within the first 24 hours after publication. The written notice should be submitted through the Contact form on the site and contain a justifiable reason for a refund.
