Recommended and led the implementation of diverse, enterprise wide risk initiatives:
oEstablished the 24/7 FedEx Ground Accident Reporting Centerwhere a single phone call from the field guaranteed proper adjuster assignment. Created a cost-neutral program that generated $80K to $100K annually in positive cash as a result of phone adjuster capabilities.
oDesigned and launched the OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) providing General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance to all on-site vendors for $600M construction of 10 new Hub Distribution Centers. Generated positive cash flow, ensured appropriate coverage, provided a single source of recovery for claims, and created a higher standard of job site safety.
oGained 99% participation in the Independent Contractor Insurance Programenabling contractors to meet lease requirements for Occupational Accident, Workers Compensation, Physical Damage, and Non-trucking Liability insurance coverage.
