Five Points Correctional Facility:
Ovid, New York (Position: Project Manager)

Total amount for the project was $6 million dollars. Ground up construction of a 55,000sf building. This project was the first phase of three which involved the new security perimeter, foundations, site work, underground utilities, steel erection and concrete flat work. Main responsibilities were maintaining budgets, updating schedules, pushing subcontractors and scheduling security entrances. This was a bonus project which was achieved for $350,000.00. Direct supervision of two superintendents and subcontractors.

SUNY Upstate Medical Hospital:
Syracuse, New York (Position: Project Manager)

Total amount for the project was $3 million dollars. Project consisted of interior renovations of the Radiation Oncology Department while maintaining the area functioning. New work involved new HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical and interior finishes. Main responsibilities were infection control, liaison between hospital executives and subcontractors (separate primes). There was direct supervision of two supervisors and subcontractors.

East Orange Police Facility:
East Orange, New Jersey (Position: Construction Manager)

Total amount for the project was $23 million dollars. It was a gut renovation including replacement of the faade. The adaptive reuse of the existing 50,000sf building includes a basement with 25 cells, all the principle operations for the Police Department, and a parking lot for 113 vehicles. The responsibilities were liaison between head governmental officials of East Orange, the general contractor, subcontractors, and the police faculty. There was a direct supervision of one project manager, three superintendents, and the subcontractors.

Hudson County Correctional Center:
Kearny, New Jersey (Position: Construction Manager)

Total amount for the project was $48 million dollars. It was a pile supported post-tension concrete structure that was 5 stories high and had a pre-cast panel faade. It included a dormitory and kitchen facility for 585 inmates plus services for the 2000 inmate population. Other upgrades included security and fire protection. The responsibilities were maintaining a strict budget and schedule. In addition, the organization of project files between County officials and the General Contractor. There was direct supervision of seven GC employees, subcontractors, and County employees.

Columbus Towers:
Jersey City, New Jersey (Position: Owners Representative)

This $108 million project, included the construction of a 35 story, 780,000sf residential high rise tower,
including 392 studios, one and two bedroom apartments, a 330,000sf 870 car garage, 65,000sf of retail
space and 25,000sf office space. This project also included a 47,000sf rooftop amenity space
consisting of a pool, tennis courts, plaza, and garden. The responsibilities included overseeing complete construction, maintaining documents, staying under budget and pushing project to be completed on time. There was direct and indirect supervision of land developers, general contractors, subcontractors, owners employees, and assistant staff.

Boca Raton Police and Fire Training Facility
Boca Raton, Florida (Position: Senior Project Manager)

This $57 million project was a complete renovation and hardening of a 116,000sf facility with complete interior demolition, roof replacement, new HVAC, electrical and interior construction of a fitness center, gymnasium, police athletic league facility, office and administration, classrooms and forensic laboratories. Main responsibility was supervision of in-field and in-office employees to maintain cash flow and payment of contractors. Direct supervision of estimating, two project managers and three superintendents to sustain schedule and turn over project on time. Also continued endless communication with the City of Boca Raton to keep officials updated.

Highland Beach Municipal Complex
Highland Beach, Florida (Position: Senior Project Manager)

This $23 million project consisted of new construction of a 5,000sf post office and a new 5,000sf police station. There was a renovation of a 9,000sf library and a 5,000sf administrative building. Extensive phasing and pedestrian routing plans were created and enforced as library and administration building remained in operation throughout the construction. The main responsibility was to make sure there were no interruptions to the administration and library. This was done successfully while sustaining the budget and completing the project ahead of schedule. Direct supervision of office staff and in-field staff.

Adrenaline: Extreme Sports Store
Miami, Florida Tampa, Florida Orlando, Florida (Position: Senior Project Manager)

This $2-3 million project consisted of renovating existing spaces inside of malls. These spaces ranged from 12,000 15,000sf. The new space also included a wave pool which was about 50x100. Work also included new HVAC, fire sprinkler, plumbing and intricate interior decorations. Main responsibilities included over viewing day to day operations, close contact with clients on tight schedules to avoid paying rents earlier than store openings and directly supervising site super and subcontractors.
