Work Experience Parsons/Hudson 2007 12/08/09 Field Project Manager, CONUS/OCONUS As Field Project Manager at Parsons/Hudson, I was an integral part of the largest building assessment project ever completed for the US Government. I scheduled daily activities for 75+ assessors on three- and six-person teams to evaluate all aspects of military facilities. Condition Index Assessments were done for over 250 million square feet in 25,000 buildings on over 500 military bases worldwide. The assignment came in 10% below budget ($30M) and ahead of schedule, exceeding the expectations of the US Navy. Key accomplishments: Responsible for creating and monitoring quality assurance programs and systems to insure MEP, architectural and infrastructure systems and deficiencies were accurately identified on each and every building Completed Zero Accident Management safety training Levitt and Sons 19952007 Construction Manager, Central Florida Region At Levitt and Sons, I managed multiple residential and commercial properties, first as a Superintendent, and then as a Construction Manager. I was responsible for six Field Project Managers, 54 Superintendents and 80+ Subcontractors. I managed high volume construction, insuring quality while maintaining budget and schedule on all aspects of a project. Key accomplishments: Developed a Superintendent Shadow Program to assist Superintendents with quality, workmanship, time management and scheduling Helped originate the central regions first quality control program Developed a manual and inspection checklists to monitor quality during all stages of construction Eliminated recurring construction problems and developed systems to monitor and address under performing subcontractors Worked with plans developers, land development, purchasing and subcontractors and ensured that the goals of the quality control department were being met, appropriate corrections were made and the best building methods were consistently employed
