Director of Divisional Store Planning
Charged with providing facilitation of $63M in capital construction during fiscal 2008. Implemented design directives and coordinated execution with store management, contractors, and service providers. Lead all aspects of planning for various vendor shops, restaurants, leased businesses, and remodels. Performed project coordination for Seattle and Los Angeles offices. Served as liaison between developers, architects, vendors, contractors, project managers and designers. Provided management and leadership to staff members, while improving overall staff productivity.
Key Achievements:
Led the development and management of Store Planning Merchandising CAD standards.
Spearheaded the planning for the Getting Involved for Tomorrow campaign fundraiser, generating $42K through online auctions and campaign related sales.
Performed the review and planning for the Cheesecake Factory restaurant, Boudins, and the Burger Bar Restaurant within the Macys Union Square store. Coordinated with restaurant owners and their architects in developing space planning solutions and resolving operational issues within budget constraints.
