I currently have over 12 years recruitment/management/operations/sales experience. Half of my experience in in the Skilled Trades/Labor staffing industries. This includes, recruitment, assessment, file auditing, background, drug screening, and placements. I worked for my last employer at one of their biggest clients as an On-Site Manager/Recruiter. I recruited and placed the following: licensed electricians, carpenters, licensed plumbers, dry wall, title setters, pipefitters, welders, HVAC, electric wire assembly, mechanical assembly, maintenance, as well as, engineers, shift supervisors, document control, and others. I have managed over 100+ employees, and handled all operations including the processing, and distribution of payroll.
