Managed new club opening schedules for Board of Directors enabling the company to double in size from 28 to 56 clubs between 2005 and 2008.
Managed Midwest region for Extended Stay America, eventually moving to corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as National Director of Construction. Company went public in 1995 with one hotel and grew to over 400 hotels primarily through new construction.

LIFESTYLE FAMILY FITNESS Top 20 U.S. Fitness Chain 2005 to 2008 Vice President of Construction and Design, Corporate Headquarters, St Petersburg, FL Established systems and procedures to construct 25 health clubs at an average cost of $2 million, plus 13 special projects in a three year period doubling the size of the company to 56 clubs. Responsible for budget, schedule, and club design with a six person staff.
EXTENDED STAY AMERICA Hotel Developer, Owner, and Operator 1995 to 2005 Northeast Director of Construction, Vienna, VA (8/2001-8/2004), Palm Harbor, FL (8/2004-11/2005) Managed five construction managers from 2001-2005 in the Northeast Region. Responsible for the entitlement of 20 projects and the construction of 15 hotels from 2001-2004 including renovations in 2005. Coordinated the entitlement process between real estate managers and construction managers, which included site selection, seller negotiations, zoning approval, special and conditional use permits, environmental and geo-technical reports, and sign surveys.
