As VP of Construction and Design at Lifestyle Family Fitness we standardized contracts, pay application procedures, repetitive vendors, bid documents, plan distribution, punch-list form, architectural processes through in-house Director of Architecture, and site investigation report procedure. Managed new club opening schedules for Board of Directors enabling the company to double in size from 28 to 56 clubs between 2005 and 2008.
Managed Midwest region for Extended Stay America, eventually moving to corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as National Director of Construction. Company went public in 1995 with one hotel and grew to over 400 hotels primarily through new construction.
National Director of Construction for Discovery Zone L.P., opening over 200 stores within a 2 year time period during which the company had their IPO in 1993.

Managed five construction managers from 2001-2005 in the Northeast Region. Responsible for the entitlement of 20 projects and the construction of 15 hotels from 2001-2004 including renovations in 2005. Coordinated the entitlement process between real estate managers and construction managers, which included site selection, seller negotiations, zoning approval, special and conditional use permits, environmental and geo-technical reports, and sign surveys.
