May 2007-November 2008 Superintendent/Site Project Manager. HIGHLAND MARKETPLACE, Highland, Utah $34 million retail development on sixteen acres with ten buildings including retail and office space. Managed the complete site development from installation of utilities to completion of building shells and tenant spaces

March 2005-September 2006 Area Superintendent. REPLACE MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING PHASE VII and completion of PHASE VI, SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, Goldsboro, North Carolina. This $19 million project for AFCEE required the demolition of 266 existing units, relocation of site utilities, and the construction of 104 two-family, two story housing units. Supervised four superintendents and responsible for a field staff of 60. Worked closely with base CES

May 2003- March 2005 Superintendent/Site Project Manager RENOVATION OF BUILDING 905, AETC CONFERENCE CENTER, AND BUILDING 902, RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS: Design Build. Contracted by AFCEE. Coordinated construction and renovation of 52,000 sq.ft. $18 million of the original 1930 base mess hall and administration building. The work included the complete demolition of previous renovations and remodeling projects as well as selected original work. Numerous pre-existing condition challenges had to be overcome. Structural improvements were made to existing members. A 3rd floor 2800 sq.ft. steel and concrete mezzanine and elevator were added to the interior. New HVAC, and electrical systems were installed. The conference and VTC rooms were remodeled with coffered ceiling, raised seating and new A/V systems. Designated historical areas were restored to period condition. Because this building is on the National Historical Registry, precautions were taken to preserve and repair the exterior completely, with period techniques.
The project also included the construction of a SCIF suite of offices in Building 902.

Superintendent/Site Project Manager - Olympus Jr. High School Replacement, Salt Lake City, UT. 140,000 sq.ft. $14.8 million school on an existing site during the school year then demolished the existing school. A limited, small work area in a mostly residential neighborhood was challenging.

Superintendent Harmons grocery store & shops - Draper, UT. $5 Million 97,000 combined sq. ft. Grocery store & retail shops under a rigid building schedule. Construction on this typical grocery layout, on a 5.5 acre site, consisted of site utility work, steel framing, masonry, and EIFS.

Superintendent - Pony Express Elementary School - Eagle Mountain, UT This new 75,000 sq.ft. $7.4 million elementary school

Superintendent - Milford Elementary School - Milford, UT. This new school is a 45,630 square foot single story masonry and steel educational facility for the Beaver School District valued at $4,600,000.

Superintendent - St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church - Orem, UT 24,000 square-foot, $2,400,000 two level building is constructed of concrete, steel, wood, metal framed, and EIFS.

Project Manager - Gunnison Middle School - Gunnison, UT. 55,000 sq. ft. $4.7 million education facility was completed within schedule and budget.

Project Manager - Woodbury Office/lab Building, U OF U - Salt Lake City, UT this 90,000 sq. ft. $6.9 million three-story office building was completed at Research Park at the University of Utah with a one-year construction schedule.

Project Manager - Chipman Hall Renovation, BYU - Provo, UT. This massive renovation of the 40,000 sq. ft. $4.6 million, three-story student-housing complex consisted of providing seismic and structural retrofitting.

Superintendent - Hinckley Hall Renovation, BYU - PROVO, UT. This 40,000 square foot $4.5 million three-story student housing complex consisted of a structural retrofit and remodel of this 200 room resident hall.

Site Project Manager/Superintendent - SCERA Theater (addition) -- Orem, UT
This 48,000 square foot, $2.3 million movie and stage theater addition, completed with an aggressive building schedule in Orem Utah for the S.C.E.R.A. Corp. The theater opened on time, meeting contractual obligations with film distributors.
