Objective:

-Position with an established General Contractor as a Project Manager, General Superintendent or Superintendent in the commercial, medical and industrial construction environment.

Qualification Summary:

-Over 30 years experience as a Project Manager, General Superintendent and Superintendent on commercial/industrial construction projects. Extensive experience in the heath care
environment: surgery centers, acute care (Oshpd) hospitals, ground-up structures and site work.
Renovations, retail centers and malls, stand alone private/public school structures, high-end retail
and tenant improvements.
Successful at project delivery on time and within budget.
Extensive multiple project oversight experience ensuring on site project teams, project managers,
architects engineers and owners effectively communicate and address issues to deliver projects
on time and within budget.
Effective experience interfacing with governmental agencies, IORs etc. to solve issues that might
impede delivery date and/or cost. Proactive supervision effectively anticipating problems, conflicts
or errors on drawings then rectifying.

-As both a superintendent and general superintendent specific tasks include: coordinate, implement, and
facilitate on-site project activities from move on to completion with and as (a) superintendent(s).
Oversight of multiple projects including overseeing scheduling, coordination of subcontractors,
attending owners/subcontractor coordination meetings.
Proficiently assist with design/build projects and value engineering when required. Manage and
maintain efficiently work by forces/self performed work.

-Projects types range from ground up mid-rise cast-in place, structural steel office / retail / medical
buildings, shopping centers, hospital (OSHPD) acute care projects including extensive
surgical/medical specialty construction. High-end retail mall and department store renovation with
extensive restaurant construction experience. Ground-up, high-rise core and shell construction
including extensive TI experience.
Project turnaround expert.

-Extensive Project Management and Operations experience. Effectively implementing all project
requirements: accurately defining scope of work, initiating bidding process, continual drawing
review during bidding process enabling accurate scope of work and costs.
