Establish all construction budgets, product mix consideration, site-work design for a 400 unit master planned community located at Mauna Kea Resort, Hawaii.
Phase One - 24 single family home 15 Million
Phase Two - 44 condominium units 13 Million
Responsible for all onsite construction, for both projects.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER 2005-2007
SDS DEVELOPMENT/BLACKSTONE
Project Manager for the 45-million dollar renovation of the 566 room Waikoloa Beach Marriott Hotel room renovation, Site and Pool renovation, Restaurant addition and construction of a new Health Spa.
1. Establish all final working estimates for the project.
2. Define the scope of work and review and interpret design, specifications and plans
3. Organize and conduct jobsite meetings with engineers, architects and owners.
4. Solicit, review subcontractor proposals and ongoing project change orders with
company officials and execute contractual agreements.
5. Responsible for all Quality Control on the Project.
