Mid Atlantic Regional Manager Global Real Estate, Land & Buildings Responsible for the acquisition, lease/purchase negotiation, entitlement, development and construction of telecommunication facilities and Data Centers from $1MM to $14MM for sites east of the Mississippi.
In order to meet the challenge of a new network roll out with hundreds of sites, we synthesized the various telecom requirements into standard building modules enabling the standardization of the components. Variation in building equipment specification was eliminated so any piece would work in any environment, enabling equipment orders during the lease/purchase negotiation, drastically reducing the cycle time of each project by more than 50%.
Instrumental in the development of several prototypical building types which allowed for an entire building to be ordered during site negotiations, resulting in completion of more than 30 ground up projects in less than a year.
