2008 TO PRESENT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, DALE ALLEN ENTERPRISES>CH GURNSEY>CORPS OF ENGINEERS

Completed a term contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as construction manager at Fort Sill, Ok managing general contractors performing government construction contract task orders for military facilities. Managed just over $50 million for 13 projects.

2006 TO 2008, PROJECT MANAGER, GREAT-PLAINS CONSTRUCTION

Provided construction management expertise to complete multiple very profitable commercial building projects ranging from 500K to 5M.

2001 TO 2006, PROJECT MANAGER, FENIX CONSTRUCTORS, INC.

Managed multiple multi-million dollar commercial construction projects. Estimated and bid jobs, negotiated purchase orders and subcontracts, answered RFIs, scheduled projects. Perform change orders and audit trails as a team member for $88 million in new construction at the Noble Foundation Campus. Completed commercial buildings for the State of Oklahoma, grade school, high school, financial institutions, 6-story residential, HUD housing, airport hanger, etc.

1994 TO 2001, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION, INC.

Responsible for the construction management and operations of a general contracting corporation. Performed almost 100 commercial and residential projects. Included were a national museum, churches, offices and retail.

1989 TO 1994, SUPERINTENDENT, COOPER MEDICAL BUILDINGS, INC.

Provided professional field supervision and operations for the construction of high quality primary healthcare facilities. Hospital, medical clinics, ophthalmology and laser surgery clinic, retail outlet, projects located in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Kansas. Experience in clean room, negative pressure room, surgery room, CAT scan and x-ray, labs, etc.


1984 TO 1989, SUPERINTENDENT, CHEROKEE DEVELOPMENT

Totally responsible for all commercial and residential construction management on highly profitable projects for a real estate developer. Managed material purchases, subcontractor scopes, schedules, change orders, manpower, etc.
