- Proficient in all areas of facility management. Familiar with city and county building codes, OSHPD, OSHA, HIPPA and others. Have worked with Construction management teams for new and rebuilt facilities, specifically hospitals, HMO and MOBs.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Successfully networked 22 sites combining voice and data via WAN - Completed the installation of over 15 Avaya telephone switches - Managed several new construction projects from planning through construction documents and RFPs. - Implemented tech support system with trouble ticket and tech response call features.
EXPERIENCE Boys and Girls Club of San Bernardino,CA Facilities Manager 1- 2009 to present Responsible for general upkeep of building including, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, low voltage cabling, and security cameras. Manage between 2 to 5 general laborers. Thompson Engineering,Riverside,CA Project Manager Health Care, 3-2005 thru 11-2008 Primary responsibility includes overall project management of all health care installations of new hospitals and remodels (Kaiser, Memorial Care etc.) from contract and pricing negotiations to customer acceptance. Other duties performed, change orders, vendor integration, service calls, meetings and presentations. Managed up to (10) ten union installers.

Including all low voltage systems (fire alarm, security, nurse call, wireless network, intercom, TV and PA systems. Created and updated shop drawings for vendor and county approvals. Directly responsible for the planning, layout, and purchase of low voltage equipment and outside cable plant. Conducted meetings throughout project to ensure timeline and budget concerns.
