- Proven ability in hospital/high risk security installation including;
video recording, IP cameras, panic buttons, security card readers,
proximity cards, infant abduction and parameter door monitoring.

- Proficient in all areas of facility management. Familiar with city and
county building codes, OSHPD, OSHA, HIPPA and others. Have
worked with Construction management teams for new and rebuilt
facilities, specifically hospitals, HMO and MOBs.


ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Successfully networked 22 sites combining voice and data via
WAN
- Completed the installation of over 15 Avaya telephone switches
- Managed several new construction projects from planning through
construction documents and RFPs.
- Implemented tech support system with trouble ticket and tech
response call features.

Project Manager Health Care, 3-2005 thru 11-2008
Primary responsibility includes overall project management of all health care installations of new hospitals and remodels (Kaiser, Memorial Care etc.) from contract and pricing negotiations to customer acceptance. Other duties performed, change orders, vendor integration, service calls, meetings and presentations. Managed up to (10) ten union installers.
