Selected to spearhead broad portfolio of projects in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan for leading private real estate development company in Middle East with 6,000 employees worldwide. Supervise diverse project team of 25+ multifunctional professionals. Oversee construction of low-, mid-, and high-rise mixed office, retail, residential, and hospitality spaces with 5+ Star ratings and combined value of 2.5 billion AED (approximately $680M). During construction, operating group secured opportunity to book 100% of rooms for wedding of high-profile athlete, which had potential to establish property as high-end, luxury resort but required shortening of schedule by three months. Accepted booking, coordinated with general contractor and subcontractors, and met all requirements on time. Success of hotel launch exceeded expectations.

Project Director Maui Marriott, Maui, HI, 2000-2001
Executed $75M conversion of 720-room Maui Marriott Hotel to fractional ownership property (timeshare). Renovated all public areas, 15-acre pool and beach area, and four full-service restaurants. Led and managed team of 15 team professionals; coordinated project schedules and allocated resources to team as needed.

Partnered with State Historic Preservation group after discovering antiquities on construction site. Ensured work aligned with preservation groups goal to protect and preserve historic sites. Completed project on schedule, despite having timeline shortened by six months. Received Marriotts Distinguished Service Award.

Project Director Marriott Senior Living Services, Bethesda, MD, 1996-2000
Oversaw construction of $120M advancement of Marriotts East Coast Senior Living Facilities, which included new build of Marriotts Brighton Gardens, Stratford Courts, and Maple Ridge rollout program. Managed all project phases, from initial planning stage through permitting, zoning, and feasibility studies to final close-out.
