Managed new and renovation retail construction projects. Estimated and managed budgets. Collaborated with developers, contractors, and architects. Oversaw projects from inception / groundbreaking to delivery and ensured standards and quality criteria were met. Oversaw construction representatives and contractors, from pre-construction meetings to turn over.
Key Achievements:
Recognized for managing construction for one of the lowest square footage build costs in the company.
Performed with the lowest variance (less than 3%) budget-to-actual cost, as well as the least amount of change orders.
