Project involved the rehabilitation of existing urban multi-family housing building utilizing innovative design and construction techniques and materials to return structure to housing market while being energy, water, and resource efficient. Intent of Project was a national model of sustainable development and was built prior to establishment of the United States Green Building Council (LEED).

The project included waterproofing building, replacing windows, installing new roofs, replacing heat and hot water risers, and upgrading fire alarm system in fully occupied buildings.

Charlesbank Apartments Renovation - Boston, MA Renovation of 277-unit, fully occupied, 26-floor apartment tower including installation of fire protection and replacement of existing fire alarm system and portions of lighting and heating systems.
Amesbury Gardens Residential Renovations - Lawrence, MA Phased renovation of 16 apartment buildings and the construction of a new community center. Renovations required detailed planning and coordination to minimize disruption to occupants.
Charlestown Navy Yard, Buildings 33, 34, 38 & 39 - Charlestown, MA Historic restoration of former warehouses and shops into office space for tenants including Boston Redevelopment Authority and Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.
John F. Kennedy Family Service Center Day Care - Charlestown, MA Renovation of abandoned public school building in Charlestown for day care use: 2-story, 13,000 s.f. brick structure was built in the 1890s and had been damaged by fire. Special considerations during construction included strict regulatory guidelines for day care including removal of lead paint and asbestos.
State Street Bank Building Repositioning Project - 225 Franklin Street, Boston, MA Project involved renovating and restacking 13 floors for State Street Bank, a tenant, as well as simultaneous core work for the Landlord LaSalle. This 3-year phase project included completely gutting each floor and building out offices, retail banking, trading rooms, food service spaces, and other specialty areas.
Mass Technology Center - East Boston MA Office and high-tech manufacturing facility built adjacent to Logan Airport to take advantage of the free-trade zone.
Riverfront Office Park - Phases I & II, Cambridge MA Office buildings built in phases with two towers connected by four-level cast-in-place concrete garage.
Crossings at Fox Run - Newington, NH Preconstruction and construction phase work for conversion of former mall to strip shopping center use.
Eaglebrook School Learning Center - Auditorium Expansion - Greenfield, MA Preconstruction planning on various schemes for expansion of the auditorium within existing structure.
WGBH Administration Building Addition - Allston, MA Construction of three-story, 30,000 s.f. addition at WGBHs headquarters. This new addition contains offices, editing rooms on each floor, lobby and switchgear areas, as well as a kitchen and cafeteria. Constructing new addition involved removing entire face of precast walls and windows from existing building and erecting the addition without disrupting WGBH employees.
Multi-Functional Arts Facility - Ryder Hall, Northeastern University Renovation of five-story, old mill-style warehouse into an academic office building with studio space for Fine Arts Program. Project received an award from Associated General Contractors for schedule and cost performance.
Northeastern University Boathouse - Boston, MA The 18,000-sf facility, designed by Graham Gund Architects, is the first boathouse owned by the University. The two-story facility contains large, central exercise areas flanked by showers and lockers and a deck overlooking the Charles River.
