Construction
Reviewed construction plans for completeness and constructability identifying and implementing cost and time savings changes including a $275,000 savings on one project by utilizing alternate materials approved by the County and Project Engineer.
Managed all project bidding, contract negotiations, and contractor selection.
Developed, reviewed and ensure timely execution of project schedule including on several projects reducing the construction schedules by 30 to 45 days.
