Sales of long term care, first diagnosis cancer plans, whole life insurance and fixed annuities to retirees. Achieved every sales award a new employee can accomplish, including AMBA's prestigious Mustang Grand Diamond Award, all while setting national sales records.

Owner (American Anthem Mortgage Corporation) 2005-12/2008
Developed business plan, obtained financing, launched and implemented all short and long-range objectives for the company. Responsibilities included hiring and training all sales personnel, product management, advertising strategy, financial/budget management and day-to-day operations.

Chief Operating Officer (Choice Mortgage Funding) 2002-2005
Directed company operations including site location, negotiation and establishment of four new branch office locations in Indiana and Florida. Once established, presided over all hiring, training, and production of > 80 new associates. Achieved a substantial equity ownership position with the company, which became the catalyst for me to launch American Anthem Mortgage.

Directed a cross-functional team of managers, team leaders, telemarketers, processors and loan advisors to achieve a high level of production on a quota-driven platform. Launched the top two offices in Indiana, managing the companies' entire advertising program.
