FACILITIES DIRECTOR, Northeast Region, 74 branches and 3 service centers in over a million square feet of office space. Reported locally to COO of fully owned subsidiary. Heavy corporate exposure. Consolidated service centers with zero down-time. Built a 10,000 square foot back-up facility. Headed design teams, IT, telecom, furniture procurement, delivery and installation, vendors, move schedules and budgets on major restacks. Established a Facilities Management Center to service all locations.

PROJECT MANAGER, commercial and residential projects. Conducted building evaluations and inspections of HVAC systems, electrical systems, existing structural and handicap issues, for code compliance. Prepared cost estimates, value engineering audits, variance applications and environmental impact statements.
