Christine Johnson launched Clear Path Land Evolvement, Inc. after spending over twenty-eight years working with two of the most prestigious firms in Northern California: Morton and Pitalo Inc. and Andregg Geomatics. Her desire to provide quality consulting services to selected clients for thoughtful land conservation and development led to the creation of Clear Path Land Evolvement.

Ms. Johnson most recently held simultaneous Principal and Senior Project Manager positions with Andregg Geomatics. Her focus there was on complex development projects, expert witness testimony, ALTA/ACSM surveys, consultation and coordination with public agencies and included the management of a large staff of technical and field personnel. She currently provides consultation services to the City of Auburn and the Truckee Donner Public Utility District.

Selected Career Highlights

Nature Conservancy / Sierra Pacific Power Truckee River Project: Coordinated the acquisition of aerial orthophotography for Sierra Pacific Powers extensive holdings along the Truckee River between Truckee, California and the Nevada State line. Provided boundary analysis and easement research to assist in the development of riparian easements for public river access.

City of Auburn Airport: Cadastral, aerial and boundary surveys for 284 acre airport and industrial park. Provide legal descriptions and mapping services to provide the City of Auburn with current lease hold data.

Twelve Bridges, Lincoln, CA: Initial boundary research and establishment of original patent holdings. Aerial, boundary and design surveys for 5,000 acre site and the design and development of golf course area, on-site roads, major subdivisions and future services. Prepared initial large lot subdivision map.

Harvego Auburn Valley A.L.T.A. Survey and Record of Survey: Expert witness in encroachment dispute at the Auburn Valley Country Club. Prepared and filed a Record of Survey to show results of surveys and court ordered resolution.

Southern Pacific Railroad: Re-established three miles of 1910 Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way and boundaries within the City of Auburn.
