Established all start-up activities for this South Florida Construction Company / midsized commercial general contractor. Duties involved staff / employee recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision, subcontractor selection and management, project estimating, scheduling and budgeting, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. As operation grew, duties evolved into managing multiple project managers for multi-million dollar projects.

1Office was established with single $4 million project and 3 office personnel - and grew to multiple projects / year supported by 10 office personnel and 40 field professionals generating $40 million in annual volume.
2Produced $320 million-plus in revenue during tenure with the company.
3Repeat clients included Publix Supermarkets, L A Fitness, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Regal Cinemas and Trammell Crow Co.
