Construction/Senior Project Manager; Supervised the construction of over $80 million in projects, directly managing architects, engineers, and contractors from project conception to completion. Projects included: Highway Maintenance Facility, Elizabeth, New Jersey. Fire Station, Linden, New Jersey. Union County College, Cranford New Jersey. The Philadelphia School Improvement Team Projects, School District of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Construction/ Senior Project Manager. Served as Program Manager for this $1.5 billion program. Supervised all aspects of 29 separate programs totaling $122 million from the design through construction phases, ensuring that each was completed within budget. He also verified contractor qualifications and made recommendations to the School District. Atlantic City Board of Education, Atlantic City, New Jersey Construction/Project Manager. Responsible for a $ 46,000,000.00 Budget working for the Atlantic City Board of Education, Atlantic City New Jersey to construct two new 100,000 Sq.Ft. Schools K through 8Th Grade, which consisted of Land Acquisition, Interface with two Architect Teams to keep the two schools within a State mandated budget of $ 138.00 per sq. ft., maintain budget analysis and reports for the ACBOE, prepared and reviewed bid documents placed bid notices in local news papers and construction news papers, received bids on behalf of the ACBOE reviewed all proposals for compliance, checked references of the low bidders and made recommendation to the owner for contract awards. The two schools where bid in three phases Substructure Phase 1, Structural Steel Phase 2, and General Construction Single overall Prime Contractor.
